Job description
E-Commerce Manager
(for China Mainland and for other South East Asian Countries)

salary: 10000***000RMB /months + bonus on result
*Follow up of the WEB Marketing Plan for Asia, managing budget E-Commerce and forecast ROI
*Pass info and recheck/guide the external agency
*Share/discuss with agency about calendar and inform them about product releases and key points of new products
*Manage and daily update information about Ecommerce for of both www.we-wood.com – heydudeshoes.com , mainly following calendar and doing translation of contents coming from USA branch. And pass the updated infor-mation to other Asian Countries.
*SEO is made externally
*SM is done externally at least in the beginning, later on we would prefer to have a dedicated staff who can daily live the company and product DNAand transmit to customers
*Check and revise with external agency any offers and action they prepare for the subscribers/public
*Creation of customer support processes and check they are respected
*Stock allocation/management/planning for the online shop and platforms
*Managing SALE section for platform
*Managing GIFT/Action to promote sales (instead of discount, we give something more, respecting WeWOOD phi-losophy/festival/celebration…)
*Manage budget x online
*Dedicate same amount of time for each e-commerce (heydude = WeWOOD)
-First objective…
*Planning of promotional action and mktg with Retail Sales Manager of the Area.
*Direct weekly checking of Adwords, AdSense etc. campaigns suitable for Asian market
*Montlhy Report to CEO at least monthly.
*Choice of products to put on SALE section/promo/Outlet/
*Responsability together with Agency about strategic decision in order to maximize conversion
*Partial management of Social Media
*Help Agency investigating in blog, forum the e-reputation and give hints to Agency, and do/follow some contacts suitable for the brand and shared with Agency.

They are not mandatory and at an high level because the job is mainly to coordinate agencies, sharing the info the company makes internally for all markets (product sheets, catalogues, photoshoots, slides, banners, showcards…)
Office e Mac – good proficiency
Graphic software– Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign- independent user
Web/Social Network – the channels used in Asia similar to Facebook/Twitter/Pinterest/Instagram/Google + - Managing daily operation, strategy, medium level
Mailchimp or similar- high proficiency
